Free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and special seasonal promotions (including promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August) are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of each promotion. Where no specific terms are stated, the general bonus conditions in Section 6.1 apply.
All sports bets placed on the kama53 platform — including pre-match, live in-play, and accumulator bets such as mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator combinations) and voor bola (Asian Handicap lines) — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the platform. In the event of a dispute, the official competition result as declared by the relevant sporting body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 match officials, FIFA, or the relevant league authority) shall be final.
All casino games — including slot titles, live dealer tables, and card games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, kama53 reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel any outstanding Bonus Balance, and withhold Real-Money Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the remaining Real-Money Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable period.
All content on the kama53 platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, game graphics, software, database structures, marketing materials, written content, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of kama53 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any mandatory provisions of the laws applicable in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
